Mark Baczoni (1982) was born in Budapest and raised in London. He read History and History of Art at Cambridge before completing a master’s degree at the Central European University in Budapest. He has been translating from Hungarian full-time since 2012. His first book-length work, Alexander Lenard’s Stories of Rome, was published in 2013. Other work has recently appeared in The White Review, Asymptote, and Maaboret.
