About Rachel Morgenstern-Clarren


Rachel Morgenstern-Clarren is a Montreal-based writer, editor, and Portuguese-English translator. Her honors include a Hopwood Award, an Academy of American Poets Prize, a Fulbright Fellowship to Brazil, and residencies from the Vermont Studio Center and the Banff International Literary Translation Centre; she was a 2013 Ruth Lilly Poetry Fellowship finalist. Her work has recently appeared or is forthcoming in Painted Bride Quarterly, Passages North, Michigan Quarterly Review, and Best New Poets 2014. She holds an MFA in Poetry and Literary Translation from Columbia University.
