Iliana Vargas (Mexico City, 1978) is a storyteller and essayist, author of the short story collections Joni Munn y otras alteraciones del psicosoma (2012), Magnetofónica (2015), and Habitantes del aire caníbal (2017). Her work is featured in various anthologies and publications online, which can be found at www.alteracionesdelpsicosoma.wordpress.com. She is the editor for Vozed magazine’s Dossier Fēmina Incōgnita. She was a part of The Mexicanx Initiative at Worldcon 76, San José, California, and participated in the Second International Conference for Fantastic Literature and Science Fiction 2019, Chile.
