Elitza Kotzeva translates from Bulgarian, Czech, and Italian into English. She is a doctoral candidate in English at Washington State University. Elitza holds a Certificate in Applied Literary Translation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has translated into English the poetic novel Concerto for Sentence by Bulgarian writer Emiliya Dvoryanova (Dalkey Archive Press, 2016). Elitza has nurtured a life-long interest in literatures and is delighted to help stories transcend linguistic boundaries with her translations.
